Google I/O is rocking!

Wow! Google I/O looks like it is a really hot conference! I had sort-of thought that developer conferences had fallen by the wayside, but Google appears to have brought them back to life with some amazing content, including:

• Lots of new information about Google Chrome.
• Switching projects hosted at Google Code from Subversion to Mercurial.
• Google App Engine for Java is now ready for real use.
• Something called Google Web Elements.
• Something called Google Wave.
• A new Java library for Google visualization.

I'm sure there's a lot more even than this; this is just what I noticed in a quick skim over the Internet...

This is rather overwhelming and intimidating! I guess I know what I'll be reading about for the next few days.
