What is DB2 pureScale?
Where can I find more detailed information about DB2 pureScale? The press release doesn't contain very much by way of technical background, and the IBM web sites don't seem to have much more (yet?).
Matt H and I (Aamer Sachedina) are doing a chat with the lab session on Oct 21st and we will go into the architecture in some gory detail with some time for questions.
(Can't seem to cut and paste here or I would have pasted the link.
Each of Matt and I have a session on pureScale at IOD in Las Vegas. He is covering the overall architecture and I am concentrating on pureScale Active-Active HA.
Did you see this?

See paper at: http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/data/products/db2/purescale/?S_TACT=105AGX11&S_CMP=FP
ReplyDeleteThanks for pointing out link to this is not obvious on the DB2 pureScale page... I will get that fixed.
The paper is a good start.
