Deepwater Horizon

Interesting short slideshow with some information about the Deepwater Horizon incident.

In my youth (1979), I was a Transocean employee. I went through rig training and worked for 3 months as a roustabout on various rigs. This rig didn't exist then, and I no longer recall what rigs I worked on. But it was a very exciting job to have, at the time. It took me only 3 months to realize that I was much better cut out for mathematics than for rig work :)
