Things you can put into your roasted vegetables dish

For example, if you're making roasted vegetables for the company potluck.

  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Yams
  • Potatoes
  • Parsnips
  • Beets
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Leeks
  • Butternut Squash
  • Acorn Squash
  • Kabocha Squash

Clean; peel; chop.

Toss with olive oil, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or so.

Attend company potluck.
